the Longevity Club

I have been training with Abakar at the Longevity Club. He is a wonderful personal trainer and I highly recommend him. He works in collaboration with you and is very knowledgeable in the space. It’s a pleasure to go to the gym and have a great time with Abakar. He makes the workouts fun and has a few dance moves of his own. He motivates and encourages his clients to keep going. The Abakar Fitness community is a place you don’t want to miss!

This is the best fitness club I’ve been to! They have a great facility and amazing trainers. I recently started training with Aba, he is fantastic. He listens to his clients, and tailors the training and nutrition program to set you up for success from the start. If you’re looking for a trainer and want to see his training style, try the kickboxing classes with him here, they are super fun! The gym has a sauna and steam room too which is always a plus. They really care about your overall wellness and health.

It's by far the best life investment I've ever made! The facilities are clean, the team is so friendly and they are a group of professionals who really knows their stuff and always keep things interesting. You quickly become family and the members motivate you to be your best self by encouraging you to work out on days you may be at your lowest. My biggest praise goes to my personal trainer Abakar... He has become more than just a trainer, and lends a holistic approach to all of his clients. He comes up with the most creative activities to include out of the gym events such as rock climbing to keep his clients motivated and he also introduces competitions such as bingo work outs which not only keeps us motivated but ultimately realize our goals. He regularly checks in and keeps you accountable. His boxing classes are my absolute favorite!!! I've lost over 20lbs since I started gyming with the Longevity Club. My eating habits have significantly improved and I just feel so much better about myself as a whole. If you are considering joining this club (gym) you won't regret it! It's the complete package 🤗! I’ve been going to different gyms for over 20yrs. all over the city. This is definitely the best gym I’ve been a member of. The place is spotless, the staff clean everything after the gym closes every night. The staff is the best I’ve ever dealt with at any gym. They create a welcoming and fun environment. All of the equipment is top notch. Highly recommend if your serious about getting into shape at a real gym, not a night club/social club gym.

Getting a membership at the Longevity Club has helped me jump start my 2023 goals! I started personal training this month with Mike and it's been nothing but the best experience. Mike makes sure you understand the importance of proper form and pushes you during the PT sessions. This is the first time I have felt like there is hope in hitting my fitness goals. The staff is extremely welcoming, and the facility is clean. The environment has a positive energy, and it makes you want to be there. Looking forward to trying the boxing classes and yoga sessions!
